07:07 AM EDT, 09/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- American International Group (AIG) has appointed lead independent director John Rice as chair, effective Sept. 15, the company said Wednesday. Rice will succeed Executive Chair Peter Zaffino, who will step down from the board and become a senior adviser to the company.
