AEVEX, Divergent Technologies Collaborate on Next-Generation Autonomous Platform for Unmanned System Production

Financial details weren't provided. The companies will explore adaptive airframe designs, rapid integration workflows and digitally enabled production methods aimed at shortening development timelines, reducing part counts and supporting surge production, they said. AEVEX brings experience delivering thousands of unmanned systems, while Divergent will contribute its DAPS digital manufacturing platform, which combines artificial intelligence-enabled design, additive manufacturing, robotic assembly and model-driven certification, the companies added.
