(1) US Energy Secretary Wright arrived in Venezuela on Tuesday and stated that oil companies from the US and other countries will sign agreements in Caracas on Wednesday. (2) The agreements are expected to more than double Venezuela's crude oil production over the next few years. (3) Wright also said that, as the Trump administration has relaxed regulations on refineries, US gasoline prices are expected to fall in the coming weeks.
