Euroholdings Extends Charters For Two Feeder Containerships

05:58 PM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Euroholdings (EHLD) said Tuesday it extended time charter contracts for two feeder containerships, M/V Joanna and M/V Aegean Express. The time charter contract for Joanna was extended for a minimum of 30 months, plus up to 20 days at the charterer's option, at a gross daily rate of $24,000, and Aegean Express was extended for 24 to 26 months at a gross daily rate of $20,500, according to a statement. The charters combined are expected to generate about $24 million of earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization over the minimum contracted period, the company said.
