05:56 PM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nasus Pharma (NSRX) on Tuesday filed a prospectus to offer up to $50 million of ordinary shares from time to time in one or more offerings, with pricing and terms to be set in future supplements. The company plans to use the net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes.
