Altus Group Sells Advisory Business to Newmark Group

02:41 PM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Altus Group's (AIF.TO) sale of its development advisory business to Nasdaq-listed Newmark Group (NMRK) for an undisclosed price is complete, the buyer said on Tuesday.. The sale, announced early August, will see 335 development advisory professionals based in North America and Asia Pacific join Newmark's project management business, a statement said. Newmark also acquired Altus' Canadian appraisals business in March. Altus Group shares were last seen down C$0.32 to C$46.67 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
