SHIB Support Test Puts Recovery in Focus

  • SHIB holds above a major support area as traders monitor reactions near critical daily chart levels.
  • Network activity improved recently while ecosystem upgrades remain key developments for market participants.
  • A break above descending resistance could shift momentum after weeks of corrective price action.

SHIB support test remains the central focus for traders as Shiba Inu approaches a critical technical zone. Market participants are watching support levels closely while awaiting ecosystem developments and potential momentum shifts.

Support Zone Becomes the Main Battleground

The analysis focused on price structure rather than breakout expectations. Attention remains fixed on a key demand area.

The chart presents SHIB near a historically active support region. Buyers previously defended this zone during August pullbacks. As a result, traders continue monitoring its strength.

Current market data places SHIB around $0.00000508. The token remains slightly above the major support cluster. That level has attracted buying interest several times.

The analysis suggests this area could determine direction. A successful defense may stabilize market sentiment. However, a breakdown could expose lower support zones.

Price Structure Signals a Key Decision Phase

The broader trend remains under pressure despite August rallies. SHIB formed lower highs following its May peak. Sellers maintained control across much of the period.

One rally carried SHIB toward $0.00000590 during August. That advance later lost momentum and entered correction. Price eventually returned toward support levels.

A second recovery pushed the token near $0.00000620. That marked the strongest move during the month. However, sellers quickly regained control afterward.

The post suggested SHIB may be approaching stretched conditions. Market participants continue assessing risk and reward dynamics.

Ecosystem Developments Add Another Layer

Beyond price action, several ecosystem updates remain active. The Shibarium privacy upgrade has yet to launch. The delayed release keeps market attention elevated.

The roadmap also includes updates for Shiba Eternity. Plans for the SHIB Metaverse relaunch remain under development. LEASH v2 and DAO governance initiatives are also scheduled.

Network activity improved after weaker July readings. Shibarium transactions increased substantially within one week. Meanwhile, the burn rate reached a six-month high.

Resistance remains clearly defined on the daily chart. The descending trendline sits near $0.00000545-$0.00000555. A close above this level will bring back a move to $0.00000590.

If buyers reclaim higher levels, momentum could improve. Conversely, losing $0.00000500 may expose $0.00000470 support. Until then, SHIB remains within a consolidation structure as traders await confirmation of the next major move.
