07:33 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Invivyd (IVVD) said Tuesday it named Marc Elia as chief executive officer in addition to his current role as board chairman. The company said it also appointed Ian Sheffield to its board as a new independent director. Sheffield is the founder and managing partner of private investment firm North Country, the company added. Invivyd said it continues to expect top-line data from the VYD2311 program around the end of Q3. Shares of Invivyd were down 4.9% in premarket activity Tuesday.
