TXNM Energy Prices $400 Million Public Stock Offering

04:47 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- TXNM Energy (TXNM) said Monday it priced a public offering of roughly 7.1 million common shares at $56.50 per share to raise proceeds of about $400 million. The company plans to use the net proceeds to repay debt under its $400 million term loan agreement, it said.
