XRP Price Falls 20% After Rally as Bulls Defend $1.35 Support

  • XRP price is testing the $1.35-$1.38 demand zone.
  • Matthew Dixon sees a possible major bottom near current levels.
  • Ali Martinez identifies $1.86 as a key breakout level.

The XRP price is testing a key demand zone after losing part of its recent rally. XRP climbed 71.8% from $0.988 to $1.698 before entering a 20% correction. Analysts now watch the $1.35-$1.38 area for signs that buyers may return.

The latest setup keeps the broader recovery uncertain. Matthew Dixon sees a possible major bottom, while Ali Martinez points to heavy trading activity around current support.

XRP Price Finds Heavy Demand Around the $1.35 Level

The XRP price could face resistance at $1.60 if buyers regain control. Martinez identifies $1.68 and $1.86 as additional resistance areas. About 1.99 billion XRP traded around $1.60, while 1.98 billion traded near $1.68.

Dixon takes a broader view of the chart. He said XRP may have completed an A-B-C correction after falling from about $3.65. He also noted the move toward the $1.00 area and the later weekly rebound.

Dixon describes the setup as a potential major bottom, rather than a confirmed new bull trend. His view requires further price confirmation before the broader trend changes.

XRP Price Needs Breakout Confirmation Above Key Resistance

The XRP price needs to hold the $1.20-$1.30 region to preserve Dixon’s bullish setup. A move above $1.70 would provide stronger evidence that buyers have regained control.

A break above $2.00 would provide another technical confirmation for the larger recovery structure. Martinez instead identifies $1.86 as the key level before the next major target. His chart places the next resistance around $2.19, where 3.12 billion XRP previously traded.

The XRP price also faces downside risk if buyers lose the current demand zone. Dixon warns that a weekly close below $0.94 could weaken the setup. His downside levels then sit around $0.75 and $0.55-$0.60.

For now, the XRP price sits between a heavy demand area near $1.35 and resistance stretching toward $1.86. The reaction around those levels will provide the next technical signal.
