Willis Lease Finance Acquires Land in Malaysia for Engine Repair Center

05:07 AM EDT, 08/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Willis Lease Finance (WLFC) has bought land to build a new Willis Engine Repair Center in Johor, Malaysia, the company said Thursday. Willis Lease has teamed up with South Alliance on the purchase of land and project development. The company expects construction to be completed in Q1 2027. The facility will be Willis Lease's third engine repair center, adding to locations in Coconut Creek, Florida; and Bridgend, Wales.
