Future FinTech Approves 1-for-4 Reverse Stock Split

05:55 PM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Future FinTech Group (FTFT) said late Wednesday that its board approved a 1-for-4 reverse stock split of its common stock. The company said it was not required to obtain shareholder approval to implement the reverse stock split. The common stock will begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on a reverse split-adjusted basis at market open on Monday, under the symbol "FTFT", the company said. The number of common shares outstanding will be reduced from approximately 32.3 million shares to 8.08 million. Following the reverse stock split, the ownership percentage of each shareholder will remain unchanged and no fractional shares will be issued, the company added.
