The notice indicated that Knorex is not in compliance with listing rules requiring stockholders' equity of at least $2 million if an issuer has reported losses from continuing operations and/or net losses in two of its three most recent fiscal years, and at least $4 million if an issuer has reported such losses in three of its four most recent fiscal years, the company said. As of Dec. 31, 2025, it reported a stockholders' deficit of $6.5 million and net losses in its four most recent fiscal years, the company added. The company said it intends to submit a plan by Sept. 20, stating the actions it has taken or plans to take to regain compliance with the continued listing standards by Feb. 21, 2028.
