- Net operating revenue rose 73.6% year over year to US$452.5 million.
- Adjusted EBITDA climbed to US$223.6 million from US$98.6 million, lifting margin by 11.6 percentage points to 49.4%.
- Contract backlog stood at about US$2.5 billion; net leverage fell to 1.18x from 1.80x at end-2025.
- Two US$25 million quarterly distributions were paid in May and June; management reiterated a US$100 million annual dividend baseline for 2026.
