OpenTable Launches Expanded AI, Automation Tools for Restaurants

10:03 AM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Booking's (BKNG) OpenTable launched more than 20 new and enhanced AI- and automation-powered features to help restaurants attract diners, improve efficiency and connect technology systems, the company said Wednesday. The new features focus on demand generation, data insights and technology integrations. OpenTable said its large language model, or LLM, integrations drove 17 times more seated diners year over year. The company also enhanced AI, reporting, automation and guest-management tools, while expanding OpenTable's ecosystem to more than 200 restaurant technology partners, it added.
