Enbridge to Acquire Salt Creek Midstream's Crude Oil Gathering Business for $600 Million

07:44 AM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Enbridge (ENB) said Wednesday it signed a definitive agreement to acquire Salt Creek Midstream's crude oil gathering business for $600 million in cash. The business includes about 500 miles of crude oil gathering infrastructure in the Delaware Basin that will connect crude oil production in the Permian Basin to Enbridge's Ingleside Energy Center for exports, the company said. The acquisition, expected to close later this year, will be immediately accretive to distributable cash flow per share and earnings per share and 2026 financial guidance remains unchanged, Enbridge said.
