05:48 PM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Greenland Mines (GRML) said Tuesday it intends to offer shares of common stock, or common stock equivalents, in a public offering to help fund the acquisition of the Sarfartoq Nd-Pr Rare Earth Element Project. Net proceeds from the offering, together with existing cash and cash equivalents, will also be used for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
