- 2Q26 net operating revenue rose 5.1% to R$ 777 million; adjusted EBITDA was R$ 113.4 million with a 14.7% margin.
- Coastal Shipping volume increased 6.6% to 193,400 TEUs; EBITDA fell on weaker feeder mix, USD-linked revenue pressure, higher fuel costs.
- Management flagged cabotage overcapacity depressing freight rates; expects stabilization as demand absorbs 2024-2025 capacity within 18-24 months.
- Vessel sales were structured as sale-and-leaseback; 2Q net income included a R$ 155 million divestiture gain, lease payments fixed.
