Redfin has to reenter the market for rental listings to resolve antitrust allegations, according to a proposed order by the Federal Trade Commission.
The company had entered a syndication agreement with Zillow in 2025 that prompted the FTC's antitrust complaint.
Zillow Group stock was up 1.3% in morning trading. Rocket, which purchased Redfin last year, was down 0.5%.
