- Online participation opens at 9:30 a.m. AEST via the share registry’s virtual meeting platform; the public can watch.
- Only eligible shareholders or proxyholders can vote or ask questions; access requires shareholder or proxy credentials for verification.
- Advance voting or proxy appointments must be received by 10:00 a.m. AEST on Sept. 22; votes can be changed during the meeting.
- In-person attendance requires identification; shareholders can vote in-venue via the Vote+ app or paper voting cards.
