According to information from the China Oil & Gas Pipeline Network Corporation, as of now, the Horgos compressor station of the company’s Western Pipeline has cumulatively transported over 600 billion cubic meters of natural gas. Since it began operations in 2009, this “lead station” of the West-East Gas Pipeline II and III has operated safely and smoothly for 17 years, continuously providing strong support for national energy security, China-Kazakhstan energy cooperation, and regional green development.
