Roma Green Finance to subscribe up to 5% stake in BlueFlare for up to US$10 million
Reuters2026/08/21 10:25- Roma Green Finance signed a subscription agreement to invest up to USD 10 million for up to 5% of BlueFlare Group.
- Deal covers up to 50 common shares priced at USD 200,000 each, payable over 10 months.
- Initial USD 1 million payment was made on Aug. 18, 2026.
- Any unpaid balance reduces the share allotment on a pro-rated basis.
- BlueFlare plans to advance proceeds to its operating unit, BlueFlare Energy Solutions, to fund its project pipeline.
