Poolin establishes creditors' committee and enters bankruptcy proceedings, creditor claims now open
Foresight News reported that Poolin mining pool established a creditors' committee on August 12 and, on behalf of all creditors, has hired a law firm to intervene in and oversee the bankruptcy process. The current case involves the sale and liquidation of bankruptcy assets, so creditors do not need to appoint their own lawyers and can submit their claims through the official Verita Global page.
As previously reported by Foresight News, according to TheEnergyMag, Poolin mining pool had applied for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the U.S. District Bankruptcy Court in New Jersey in July, and plans to sell its Texas Bitcoin mining farm assets for $52 million.
