- IFRS sales dropped 8.9% to EUR 1.85 billion; adjusted EBITDA slid 13.1% to EUR 200.2 million.
- Adjusted EBITDA margin narrowed 0.53 percentage point to 10.8%; adjusted operating profit declined 23.1% to EUR 89.8 million.
- Operating cash flow turned positive to EUR 145.1 million; free cash flow also turned positive to EUR 37 million.
- Fit-For-Future delivered EUR 105 million in HY1; 2027 P&L benefit target lifted above EUR 330 million, with Q3 profit hit seen near EUR 35 million.
