Landis+Gyr launches USD 37 million share buyback program
Reuters2026/08/20 04:53- Landis+Gyr launched a new share buyback of up to USD 37 million, capped at 2.09% of registered shares.
- Program starts Aug. 21, 2026, runs until Oct. 27, 2028 at the latest, completing the return of EMEA divestment proceeds.
- Earlier buyback launched Oct. 29, 2025 repurchased 4.38% for CHF 62 million, then ended July 31, 2026.
- Fixed-price offer in August 2026 bought 3.46% for CHF 50 million; combined repurchases totaled 7.83% for CHF 112 million.
- Including treasury stock, the company holds 7.91% of its own registered shares.
