- Plan mix: corporate group 73.2%, affinity group 10.9%, individual 15.8%.
- Total premiums paid rose to R$ 545 billion in 2025; medical loss ratio eased to 80.3% from 87.4% in 2022.
- Churn (LTM) was 36.9% in 2Q26 versus 41% in 2025; net debt leverage was 1.53x in June 2026.
