Savills Positioned for Upside After Eastdil Deal -- Market Talk
Dow Jones2026/08/19 05:510550 GMT - Savills's share price has upside opportunity from earnings growth and a possible valuation re-rating, Shore Capital analyst Joe Spooner writes. He attributes this in part to the international real-estate advisor's acquisition of global real-estate investment bank Eastdil, which completed on Aug. 3. "Revenue synergies will be pursued through providing each business access to the other's capabilities and footprint," Spooner says. Shore Capital has a buy rating on the stock and a 13.85-pound target price. Shares closed Tuesday at 10.54 pounds and are up 5.8% over the year to date. (ian.walker@wsj.com)
