Simpar unit CS Infra buys Terra’s 49% stake in CS Mobi Leste SP
Reuters2026/08/19 01:20- Simpar’s CS Infra agreed to buy Terra’s 49% stake in CS Mobi Leste SP, lifting its holding to 100%.
- Simpar’s CS Brasil Transportes agreed to sell its 50% stake in BRT Sorocaba to MobiBrasil.
- CS Brasil Transportes will receive BRL 65 million, paid in two equal CDI-linked installments at closing and 30 days later.
- A final payment of about BRL 10 million is due within 12 months.
- Completion is subject to CADE clearance and granting-authority authorization.
