Reuters2026/08/18 15:45- NEPI Rockcastle lifted distributable earnings 3% to EUR 227.33 million, with DEPS up 3.5% to 32.14 euro cents.
- Net rental and related income rose 3.8% to EUR 317.69 million, supported by rental indexation, leasing optimisation and cost control.
- Basic earnings per share increased 7.3% to 42.01 euro cents as external valuers booked a EUR 126 million fair value gain.
- Declared a 28.93 euro cents per share dividend for H1, matching a 90% payout ratio; EPRA occupancy stood at 98.2%.
- Raised full-year DEPS guidance to 3.5%-4% above 2025’s 62.03 cents; S&P upgraded the rating to BBB+ in July.
