- Transaction includes 200,000 warrants at USD 10 plus 1,329,412 warrants at USD 5; warrants will be unlisted.
- Closing is expected in coming weeks, conditional on Nasdaq listing approval for the common shares, unless waived by the investor.
- Net cash proceeds earmarked for business growth initiatives, with remaining funds allocated to general working capital.
