According to Zhitong Finance APP, on Monday, the semiconductor equipment and materials sector was active. As of press time, AXT Inc (AXTI.US) surged over 10%, Applied Materials (AMAT.US) and Amkor Technology (AMKR.US) both rose over 4%, Lam Research (LRCX.US) increased more than 1%, KLA (KLAC.US) gained over 1.5%, and Teradyne (TER.US) climbed more than 2.8%.
