- De Luna has three decades of experience across XML indexing at Innodata, digital publishing standards at Barnes & Noble, AI data engineering since 2018.
- Board expanded to five directors with the July 1 appointment of Jaime Fanlo as an independent director.
- Fanlo is a corporate director, lawyer, strategic investor; previously served as commercial counsel at Johnson Controls, CBRE; began at a Philippine law firm.
