- Shareholders adopted a Q2 2026 dividend of NOK 1.355 per share, totaling NOK 3.38 billion, equivalent to USD 350 million.
- The payout was authorized for payment in NOK, with the amount based on Norges Bank’s daily exchange rate published on July 20, 2026.
- Trading with dividend entitlement runs through Aug. 20, with the shares going ex-dividend on Aug. 21.
- Record date is Aug. 24, with payment scheduled for Sept. 1.
