- Settlement is expected no later than three trading days from today.
- Several primary insiders accepted the cash offer, including CFO Katrine Klaveness for 6,632 shares and CEO Emerging Business Trond Atle Smedsrud for 20,728.
- Other insiders tendered smaller blocks, including General Counsel Lars Jacobsen for 4,412 shares.
