- Gross profit fell to $1.11 million from a year earlier; gross margin dropped 13.5 percentage points to 30.1%.
- Selling, general and administrative expenses jumped to $3.59 million, up 89.8%, on BioNX Surgical buildout costs and Celularity license amortization.
- For the first half, revenue rose 11.4% to $6.34 million, while gross margin slid 8.8 percentage points to 34.2%.
- Cash and cash equivalents ended June 30 at $1.71 million; working capital swung to negative $8.27 million from $1.38 million at year-end.
