In terms of news, the company announced today that the SAFFRON Phase III study of the combination therapy of Savolitinib (沃瑞沙) and Osimertinib (泰瑞沙) has achieved positive top-line results. This study targeted EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer patients who had disease progression after prior treatment with Osimertinib and had high levels of MET overexpression or amplification. The results showed that, compared to platinum-based doublet chemotherapy, the combination therapy achieved statistically and clinically meaningful improvements in both progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS), the two core endpoints.
