(2) Earlier, US media reported that despite Trump claiming the US military has complete control of the Strait of Hormuz, the number of transiting vessels has plummeted from 130 to 26 per day due to attack risks and soaring insurance costs; however, actual oil transport continues, helping to curb rising oil prices and ease inflation concerns.
