- Wunderlich received 57,975 restricted shares on Aug. 11, 2026, vesting on the first anniversary of the effective date.
- Change-in-control termination benefits include 15 months of salary, bonus multiples, pro-rated bonus, and up to 15 months of COBRA coverage.
