- Net TC Result fell to USD 5.2 million, with Net TC margin sliding to USD 247 per ship day across 116 vessels.
- Management cited length-building for a stronger H2 forward curve, with three vessels temporarily held up in the Persian Gulf.
- CEO Torbjørn Gjervik said the book of cargo, tonnage and derivative commitments entering H2 is stronger than a year ago.
- The board opted not to declare a dividend for Q2 2026, while expecting full-year 2026 to be profitable.
