Wee Hur Hospitality forms student housing JV in Hong Kong, takes 60% stake in Starvia by Y Suites

- Wee Hur Hospitality subscribed for 6,000 shares for HK$ 6,000, securing a 60% stake in Starvia.
- Separately, Wee Hur Property agreed to invest US$ 21 million for a 26% stake in BE International School.
