- Proceeds will also support capital-structure management, including debt reduction, to improve liquidity for the buildout.
- The group plans to keep mining Bitcoin, using production and available capital to rebuild and increase its Bitcoin position over time.
- Bitcoin holdings will be balanced against data center investment needs, liquidity requirements, capital spending, and market conditions.
