- Gross profit climbed to $447,122 from $5,130, lifting gross margin to 74% from 2%.
- Digital-asset remeasurement drove a $502,687 loss on BNB holdings, alongside an $875,632 loss on OBNB trust units.
- SG&A fell 27% to $2.14 million, reflecting lower payroll and legal costs, partly offset by higher consulting tied to the digital-asset strategy.
