Cloud computing company Riot Platforms surged more than 21% in pre-market trading after reaching a $9.1 billion computing power agreement with Anthropic; Rocket Lab and USA Rare Earth fell more than 7%, and HIMS dropped more than 6%, after all three released their latest earnings.
