Reuters2026/08/03 22:39- Scandium Canada launched a non-brokered private placement of up to 25,000,000 charity flow-through units at CAD 0.2 each, targeting up to CAD 5 million.
- Each unit includes one flow-through share, one flow-through warrant exercisable at CAD 0.22 for 24 months from closing.
- Proceeds earmarked for Canadian exploration expenses at the Crater Lake Project in Nunavik, Québec, including drilling and environmental sampling.
- Closing expected on or about Aug. 20, 2026, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
