DASA announces extraordinary shareholder meeting
Reuters2026/08/03 21:32- Dasa will hold an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting in Barueri, São Paulo state on Aug. 3, 2026.
- Shareholders will vote on the proposed merger of Patologia Clínica Dr. Geraldo Lustosa Cabral into Dasa.
- The meeting will also consider appointing Apsis Consultoria e Avaliações as independent appraiser and approving its valuation report.
- The valuation sets the target’s net assets at BRL 16.22 million as of March 31, 2026, adjusted for lease-accounting items.
- Management will also seek authorization to complete steps required to implement the transaction.
