Reuters2026/08/03 20:58- Northern Trust will redeem all 5,000 shares of its Series D Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock on Oct. 1, 2026.
- Redemption includes 500,000 depositary shares, each representing 1/100th of a Series D preferred share.
- Depositary shares will be redeemed at USD 1,000 per share; the payment excludes a USD 23 quarterly dividend.
- The USD 23 dividend will be paid on Oct. 1, 2026 to holders of record as of Sept. 15, 2026.
- No further dividends will be declared or paid on the Series D preferred stock following the redemption date.
