Radian sells real estate services unit to PLACE, agrees to sell title business

- PLACE also agreed to buy Radian’s Title business, with closing targeted for the fourth quarter.
- The divestments are intended to complete Radian’s disposal of businesses formerly reported in its “All Other” segment.
- Transaction terms were not disclosed.
- Radian is sharpening its focus on its mortgage insurance franchise and specialty insurance platform following its USD 1.67 billion Inigo acquisition in February 2026.
