- Jackson will also become president on Aug. 1, 2026, replacing his chief operating officer role.
- Base salary set at USD 900,000; target annual cash performance award lifted to 100% of salary, with a 0% to 200% range.
- One-time equity awards total USD 8 million in target value, split between performance-vesting RSUs and stock options.
- Board expanded to 10 directors; Jackson joins the board and its Financial Operating Committee on Aug. 1, 2026, with no director pay.
