Crypto market’s weekly winners and losers – PUMP, KAITO, FET, LDO

Crypto market’s weekly winners and losers – PUMP, KAITO, FET, LDO

The broader crypto market remained under pressure this week.

Bitcoin and most major altcoins traded in a risk-off environment, with capital rotating into only a handful of high-conviction narratives instead of the broader altcoin market. Sentiment remained cautious, keeping most sectors range-bound despite isolated breakouts.

Meanwhile, AI tokens continued to show a split performance rather than a sector-wide rally. Capital remained concentrated in stronger projects such as Bittensor [TAO], while weaker names continued to underperform. The divergence suggests investors are becoming increasingly selective.

Weekly winners

Pump.fun [PUMP] reaches an inflection point

Pump.fun [PUMP] led the market this week with a strong double-digit rally. Notably, this marks its third week of gains, with PUMP now up over 37%. While a cooldown might seem likely after this move, one key divergence suggests that the underlying positioning remains strong.

Looking at the weekly chart, PUMP’s previous rally added just 1% upside, meaning more than 90% of the recent weekly gains came from a single explosive move. Compared to that rally, this week’s advance has been much more controlled. This shows PUMP’s current upside is building steadily rather than turning into a parabolic run, creating an interesting divergence this cycle.

The setup becomes even more important as PUMP approaches the key $0.002 resistance zone. With profit-taking likely to increase around this level, bulls appear to be absorbing selling pressure strategically. This divergence could act as a bullish catalyst, helping PUMP maintain momentum even as volatility rises.

Against this backdrop, a PUMP breakout could set the tone for the week ahead. Overall, PUMP is approaching a key inflection point, with bulls still holding the advantage.

KAITO [KAITO] hits a key resistance zone

KAITO [KAITO] emerged as the second-biggest winner this week with an 18% rally. However, unlike PUMP’s stronger setup, KAITO is showing a more typical cooldown phase, with the asset already down 3% intraday.

From a technical perspective, KAITO’s weekly rally pushed the token into the $1.15 resistance zone. At this point, a pullback toward the $1 level looks likely. That said, a breakout is still possible if bulls step in, especially with RSI cooling back into the neutral zone after previously entering overheated territory.

As long as bulls continue forming higher highs, KAITO’s current structure remains intact, and a breakout toward the $1.50 level this month cannot be ruled out.

Audiera [BEAT] faces a KEY test for bulls

Audiera [BEAT] took the third spot this week with a 14% rally. Interestingly, similar to the other two top weekly performers, BEAT also moved into a key resistance zone, making the next few days important for whether bulls can maintain this momentum.

From a technical perspective, BEAT broke into the $6 range, reclaiming levels last seen in mid-June. In just one weekly move, the token pushed back to two-month highs, putting a large number of holders back in profit. Because of this, some profit-taking pressure is likely to appear.

If bulls manage to defend the $4-$5 range, this parabolic move could shift into a fresh accumulation phase. That could keep BEAT as one of the stronger altcoins to watch in the coming weeks.

Other notable winners

Outside the majors, altcoin movers also stole the spotlight this week.

JupUSD [JUPUSD] led the market with a 700% gain, followed by StonkBroker [STONKBROKER], which surged 224%, while MECCA [MEA] climbed 195%, rounding out the week’s top performers.

Weekly losers

Does Memecore [M] have room to rally?

Memecore [M] led this week’s losers chart with a 13% loss. However, unlike the late June cycle, when M suffered a 76% weekly breakdown that pushed the token below the $2.5-$3 support zone, this move does not yet show the same level of panic selling.

From a technical perspective, M has been moving sideways around the $1 zone for nearly five months. After the major breakdown, bulls have consistently stepped in to absorb selling pressure, pushing M into a textbook consolidation phase before a potential recovery.

Adding to this setup, RSI has dropped into the oversold zone, suggesting that selling pressure could be losing strength. In this context, the latest 13% decline could actually be a positive signal, making the upcoming week important for M’s next move.

With buyers defending key levels and selling pressure cooling, M is showing a potential supply-demand imbalance in favor of bulls. If this trend continues, M could be positioned for a breakout toward the $2 zone sooner than expected.

Artificial Superintelligence Alliance [FET] enters a  bearish bias

Artificial Superintelligence Alliance [FET] was the second-biggest loser this week, falling 11%. Unlike M, which is still holding a consolidation structure, FET is showing a much cleaner bearish trend, sliding to a fresh all-time low of $0.14.

Technically, the breakdown comes after two weeks of holding above the $0.15 support zone. This week’s move confirms that bears have taken back control, with bulls failing to defend a key level.

At the same time, RSI hasn’t reached extreme oversold territory yet, suggesting there could still be room for another leg lower. Unless buyers step in soon and selling pressure starts to fade, FET remains at risk of extending its downtrend over the coming week.

Lido DAO [LDO] see bears regain control

Lido DAO [LDO] was the third-biggest loser this week, dropping 10.04%. While the decline comes after four straight weeks of gains that pushed LDO above $0.40, this doesn’t look like a typical post-rally cooldown.

Technically, the latest move could be the start of a bearish trend shift. One key signal is RSI. Despite the multi-week rally, RSI never entered the overbought zone and instead stayed in neutral, suggesting bulls never had enough momentum to fully take control.

In this context, the 10% pullback looks like more than just profit-taking. Bears appear to be regaining control, and unless bulls reclaim key support quickly, LDO could remain under pressure and extend its correction over the coming week.

Other notable losers

In the broader market, downside volatility hit hard.

Lorenzo Protocol [BANK] led the losers with an 86% decline, followed by Synapse [SYN], which fell 47%, while Cortex [CX] dropped 35% as bearish momentum intensified.

Conclusion

This week was a rollercoaster for crypto. Big pumps, sharp dips, and nonstop action. As always, stay sharp, do your own research, and trade smart.

Final Summary

  • Pump.fun [PUMP], KAITO [KAITO], and Audiera [BEAT] led the week in gains.
  • Memecore [M], Artificial Superintelligence Alliance [FET], and Lido DAO [LDO] saw significant declines.

The current AI frenzy: featuring both "Tech and Internet" and "Real Estate" bubble characteristics, reminiscent of the 2008 global capital cycle

This wave of the AI boom exhibits dual characteristics: On a micro level, the heavy-asset nature of AI data centers is driving the industry toward "real estate-like" debt financing models, such as corporate bonds, private credit, and computing power ABS. On a macro level, nearly $2 trillion in overseas excess savings is flowing into core AI assets in the U.S. stock market through private institutions, reconstructing a transnational capital cycle reminiscent of the period before the 2008 subprime mortgage crisis. With nearly $3 trillion in off-balance sheet debt and rising interest rates, the industry is facing an impending major liquidity test.
