Jersey Mike's Subs is a well-known American chain sub sandwich restaurant brand, mainly operating under a franchise model, famous for freshly sliced cold cuts, cheese, and freshly made sandwich products. Founded in 1956, the company currently has more than 3,300 stores in the US and Canada, and is actively expanding into international markets such as the UK and Ireland.
